Scooter Policies

Guarantee Policy:

• A valid government-issued ID and a refundable security deposit are required at the time of Scooter pickup.
• Scooter are thoroughly inspected before and after each ride to ensure safety and quality.
• Riders must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), bookings can be rescheduled without extra charge.
